We hold our little black workout pants so dear to our hearts. If not for the sexy factor alone, some of us aren't big fans of sweat-exposure colored fitness pants just can't seem to remedy. Without trying to break the mold, I've found a few other interpretations of the standard black pant to help expand our fitness gear arsenal with tassels, tucks, capri cuts, and more.

I had hoped that this would be a replacement for ex-officio's amphi pant which was great until they decided to "neo" it. I wanted a light nylon pant that I could travel and hike in. This pant has a weird sizing. It doesn't seem to follow true inseam and waist size. But the worst is the fabric which is some kind of thick lycra/nylon unbreathable thing, thicker than a tent fabric. I suppose if you don't sweat, live in a cold climate and plan to stay there, avoid the tropics completely, maybe.
